Line Merge & Split: Join or Split Lines Locally — Tutorial

Merge multiple lines into one string, or split text into lines by punctuation — all locally in your browser.

Features

• Merge: separators include顿号 (、), comma (，), period (。), space, dash (-), or custom (≤8 chars).
• Split: multi-select Chinese/English punctuation and delimiters; group parents support select-all / indeterminate.
• Options: drop empty lines, trim edge separators, collapse consecutive punctuation.

Use Cases

• Join name lists into a delimited string, or split them back into lines.
• Aggregate tags with a custom separator and split later.
• Light cleanup while merging or splitting.

How to Use

1. Paste text into the input.
2. Click merge → choose separator and options → Line Merge.
3. Or click split → check punctuation → Line Split.
4. The result is copied automatically; you can also use Copy result.

Notes

• Split requires at least one delimiter.
• Dialog Cancel does not apply; page Reset clears input and result.
• Max 10,000 characters per run.
