PPT to Image: Export PowerPoint Slides as Images — Tutorial

PPT to Image converts presentation slides into image files — ideal for sharing in chat apps, inserting into image libraries, or generating non-editable previews.

Features

  • Download dialog: HD / Standard / Low (default Standard), plus Download all or Download selected (default all; selected disabled when nothing is checked).
  • Slide-by-slide rendering: each slide becomes an independent image.
  • Fullscreen workbench: after conversion, thumbnails on the left and large vertical previews on the right.
  • Output is always JPG; multi-page downloads as ZIP.

Use Cases

  • Convert training slides to images for group sharing.
  • Insert slide pages into documents or email as image materials.
  • Generate non-editable slide previews.

How to Use

  1. Open the PPT to Image tool.
  2. Click the dropzone or drag .ppt / .pps / .pptx / .ppsx files (multi-select OK), max 30MB each.
  3. Wait for automatic conversion; enter the fullscreen workbench on success.
  4. Click Download, choose image quality (HD / Standard / Low) and scope (all / selected), then confirm.
  5. Check boxes beside thumbnails to select pages; click thumbnails to preview.
  6. Click Back to exit fullscreen and clear, then upload again.

Notes

  • DingTalk / Feishu / Tencent Docs exports are auto re-saved to standard Office on the server before conversion.
  • Files are uploaded to the server and auto-deleted after about 10 minutes — download promptly.
  • Return first before uploading again while in fullscreen.
  • Changing quality only affects JPG compression on download; previews are not re-rendered.
  • Special fonts, animations, and complex layouts may render with slight differences.
  • For a full PDF use PPT to PDF; for a long image use PPT to Long Image.
