What limitations should I know?
Dedupe is on by default (set compare). With “keep duplicates”, counts cancel: common gets min(countA, countB); extras go to Only A / Only B.
When might it fail?
Prefix/suffix splitting sorts items by rules.
What else should I watch for?
After comparison, the summary result (Only A / Only B / Common) is auto-copied.
